Discovery – and its creative application - is your one-of-a-kind contribution! There is a personal creative empowerment that comes from what we learn, experience and discover directly for ourselves. It is what differentiates us and gives us our unique “signature” approach in our work. It inspires our unique creations and contributions.

Format: Each dialogue is centered around the theme of discovery, transformation, creativity and business application. Each session is a mix of storytelling, knowledge and information sharing, creativity principles, practical applications, and experiential practices to take with you or engage in real time.

Intention: All of our innovative speakers (listed below) makes a living from what they have discovered and applied to their work, and help cultivate the creativity in others. In this summit, our intention is to give you juicy food for thought along with approaches to inspire and stimulate your own discoveries and their creative application in your work in the world. Take whatever resonates and make it your own!

Both Inside out and Outside in: In this summit we explore evolving personally and professionally. We focus on creating and discovering from both the outside-in (practices, frameworks, conditions, applications) and the inside-out (mindsets, passion, motivation, ways of being). We explore both the “yin” and the “yang” of discovery and creativity – the balance of heart and head, right brain and left brain, being and doing, reflection and action, strategy and emergence.
