NEW! Creativity for Calm in Chaos
Using creativity for connecting to a sense of peace in an unpredictable world
In a chaotic world, finding and sustaining a sense of calm can be challenging, and requires ongoing focus and tending. Creativity offers us a quick and life-giving path. It has been proven to have a profound impact on fostering inner peace, beyond immediate stress relief and into deeper layers of who we are. Research shows that immersing ourselves in creative activities has a positive impact on our inner well being, even with so much unstable in the outer world . In this highly interactive workshop we will experience a variety of whole-brain/whole-self creative techniques for:
- connecting to our creative selves
- increasing self-awareness
- feeling more centered, and able to make more generative choices
- enhancing resilience and creative empowerment
- hearing our inner creator, and using it for guidance
- recognizing and moving through resistance
- having fun and generating more aliveness
You will leave with creative practices to use on an ongoing basis.
