Cocreative Teams Workshops
Online or in person. Creative Thinking and Co-Creativity rely on breaking habitual patterns, trying new things, exploring, discovering, and taking informed risks. In these dynamic workshops, participants experience compelling experiential methods for collaboration and co-creation; and applying creative process to your real work projects and goals.
The focus is on getting to know each other better; strategizing next steps, even in uncertainty; building on other’s ideas in generative ways; principles of co-creation; taking safe risks; developing trust and synergy; and, to use a well-known principle of improvisation, "Making everyone else look good." Teams that learn to co-create togehter build more trust and bonding.

Creative Facilitation Workshops
For Faciliators, Trainers, OD and HR teams, Leaders, and anyone who wants to bring more creativity out of themselves and their participants or teams.
Bring your trainings alive! Juice up your repertoire of activities, participant engagement, and buy-in using whole-brain Creativity Practices. In this workshop, you'll experience a variety of Applied Improvisational Theater, Applied Storytelling, and other Applied Creative Thinking (visual, somatic, reflective) practices and approaches that will enliven your programs, accelerate participant learning and deepen your presence, confidence, and flexibility as a facilitator. Conscious Reflection opens up more insights, options, and choices and expand the "safe container " we hold for our particpants. We will explore using a variety of creative approaches to:
